The 14th Steering Group Meeting was held on July 13th 2021 in an online form due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which ensured a high participation of participants throughout the Danube Region.
The focus of this meeting was on getting support for establishment of the new Danube Landscape Task Force, as well as presenting its aims, objectives, structure and next steps.
Furthermore, the meeting included the presentation and discussion on the update on PA 06 State of Play and overview of all the work that has been done since the last Steering Group Meeting in December 2020, upcoming events and new ideas, as well as the proposal of upcoming plan for Steering Group Meetings for the period from September 2021 to January 2022.
The meeting was attended by 30 participants overall, including PAC’s Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection and Ministry of the Economy and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Croatia, and Steering Group Members and Task Force Observers within the Priority Area 6: Biodiversity and Landscapes.
