Within the DTP Project “Priority Area 06: Biodiversity, Landscapes, Air and Soils”, co-financed by the INTERREG VB Danube Transnational Cooperation Program for the period 2014 – 2020, Educational Trainings were carried out through September, October and November 2022 that included three modules: Advanced communication skills; Strategic thinking and Motivation and change and stress management.

 

Aim of the training was to build capacity of the PA6 community to acquire knowledge and skills on strategic thinking, decision making and problem solving, effectiveness in communication, team motivation and interpersonal skills and assertive behaviour and communication. Each educational training was designed as an interactive learning process, and included examples from practice and exercises. Each thematic module contain Presentations – covering all the necessary learning on given themes; Group work and group discussions; Case studies and real-world best-practice methodologies.
